This Privacy Policy explains what Image2PPT collects, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Automatic deletion

Without a request, we delete: Enterprise API PPTX 7 days after completion; working copies 7 days after upload; unused conversions after 30 days; and we run capacity-triggered cleanup.

Third parties

• Google Cloud Platform — hosting.
• OpenAI API — slide element extraction.
• Paddle — payments.
• Alibaba Cloud DirectMail — transactional email.

Our practice

• We do not use your uploaded files to train AI models.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We use no advertising pixels.

Cookies

We use only session, language-preference, and anti-abuse cookies. Analytics run via self-hosted Umami (cookieless).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by emailing support@image2ppt.com. We respond within 30 days.
