Placement vs. reconstruction

Most "convert image to PPT" tools do placement: they drop your screenshot onto a slide and call it done. You still can't edit anything.

Image2PPT does reconstruction: it reads both the content and the layout, then rebuilds the slide with native elements. That's the difference between "a picture in a PPT" and "a PPT you can edit."

• PNG over JPG — PNG keeps text crisp.

Is this just OCR? OCR is the easy 30%. The hard part is rebuilding shapes, tables, and layout so the file is actually editable.
