Welcome to Image2PPT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Image2PPT website, converter, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Image2PPT is an AI-powered tool that converts slide images, screenshots, and PDF pages into editable PowerPoint (PPTX) files using vision-language models. Output fidelity depends on the input quality. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of specific reconstruction accuracy.

2. Account and Credits

• New accounts receive free credits on first login, valid for 7 days if the account has never purchased or redeemed credits.
• Purchased credits do not expire while the Service is operating and are non-transferable between accounts.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Card, PayPal, and Alipay payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. By paying you agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
• Taobao redeem codes are governed by the marketplace's terms.
• Prices may vary by sales channel. We do not issue Chinese VAT invoices for Paddle transactions.

4. Refund Policy

• 30-day money-back guarantee for unused purchased credits (via Paddle).
• Taobao codes are refundable only if unredeemed within 30 days.
• Consumed credits are non-refundable except where there is a material defect in the Service.
• Abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms may void refund eligibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Process export-prohibited data in violation of applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, abuse, or automate the Service beyond documented API use.
• Resell the Service without authorization.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded files and generated outputs. Uploaded files are not used to train our models.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
